Greg Gossett - Partner
Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He served as President of the Tom Green County Bar Association and Chairman of the State Bar District Grievance Committee. Greg is a member of the Texas Bar Foundation, member of the Council of the General Practice Section of the State Bar (chair 2016-2017), and the College of the State Bar of Texas. He attended Southern Methodist University and received his law degree from the University of Texas. Before joining the firm, Greg served as briefing attorney for the Amarillo Court of Appeals. He has served on the San Angelo Lake Board, The City of San Angelo Charter Review Committee and the Boards of the Children’s Emergency Shelter and Disciples Center, Inc.
Paul Stipanovic - Partner
Concentrates his practice in the area of Civil Trial, Banking, Real Estate, and Construction Law. Prior to joining the firm. Paul was a briefing attorney for Judge Sam R. Cummings, United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Paul received his B.S. in Construction from Texas A&M University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Texas Tech University School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar Association and the Tom Green County Bar Association. Paul is also active in the Lions Club, Concho Valley Ducks Unlimited and has served on the Board of Directors of the Concho Valley Red Cross.
Wesley M. Giesecke - Partner
Focuses his practice on title and transactional work in the areas of Energy, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Construction and Business. In addition to his transactional practice, Wes also represents his clients in oil and gas and real estate related litigation.
Wes belongs to the Oil, Gas and Mineral Resources Law Section and the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He is a member of the Tom Green County Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association and is a past member of the San Antonio Association of Professional Landmen. He served on the Board of Directors for Angelo Civic Theatre and Downtown San Angelo and currently sits on the Board of Directors for West Texas Boys Ranch. Wes is active in the Santa Rita Sportsman’s Club and First Presbyterian Church of San Angelo. Outside of the office, he enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors on the golf course and out at the ranch with his wife Marissa, their three children and two dogs.
Wes received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University, where he was elected to the Student Bar Association and President of the St. Mary’s chapter of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. Before joining Gossett Harrison, he specialized in oil and gas title examination at a San Antonio law firm and practiced in the office of the Attorney General of Texas. Wes looks forward to continuing to grow with and serve the legal needs of the Concho Valley.
Amy Zetzman - Partner
Centers her practice on Civil Litigation involving Real Estate law, Oil & Gas law, Asset Protection and Business law, and related litigation. Before joining the firm in 2016, Amy received her Bachelor of Science in Radio-TV-Film from University of Texas at Austin and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University. Amy is also an entrepreneur, and she loves helping fellow investors and small business owners thrive. She is a member of the Tom Green County Bar Association, Texas Bar Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors for Galilee Community Development Corporation.
